91 year old Mazzell Christian of Alexandria died Sunday at NHC Healthcare Center in Smithville. The body is at Avant Funeral Home in Alexandria where the funeral will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Wayne Jamison and Ronnie Smith will officiate and burial will be in Hillview Memorial Cemetery in Alexandria. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the service at 1:00 p.m. She is survived by two daughters, Gradie Joyce Garvin of Alexandria and Helen Rozzell Rushing of Lebanon. Eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. A brother, Paul Kyle of Texas and two sisters, Dollie Robinson and Donia Adkins both of Georgia. Avant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
