Leonard Ray Young

66 year old Leonard Ray Young of McMinnville died Saturday at Raintree Manor. He was a DeKalb County native and a self employed nursery worker. He attended the Baptist Church. The funeral will be Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of High Funeral Home. Scottie Lawson and Danny Sullivan will officiate and burial will be in the Young Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Young. Survivors include his wife, Pam Myers Young of McMinnville. A step-daughter, Virginia Myers of McMinnville. Three sisters, Christine Clemons and Minnie Medley both of McMinnville and Faye Cantrell of Smithville. Two brothers, Linberg Young and Earl Young both of McMinnville. Several nieces and nephews also survive. High Funeral Home in McMinnville is in charge of the arrangements.
