Judy Ann Thomason

55 year old Judy Ann Thomason of Smithville died Monday at the emergency room of DeKalb Community Hospital. She was a homemaker and her faith was non-denominational. The funeral will be Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Richard Franklin will officiate and burial will be in DeKalb Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m until the service at 3:30 p.m. She was preceded in death by her father, James Thomas Johnson. Survivors include her husband, Jeff Thomason of Smithville. Four children, Stephanie Bly, Michael Bly, Steven Bly, and Brian Bly all of Smithville. Ten grandchildren, Justice Bly, Pacey Bly, Alexis Bly, Isaiah Bly, Allison Bly, Nicole Blackford, Brittany Murphy, Tyler Murphy, Madison Gossard, and Ashley Bly. Mother, Dean Turner of Smithville and a sister, Rita Franklin of Smithville. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
