90 year old George B. Spencer of Nashville died Saturday. A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Whorton Springs Cemetery in DeKalb County. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until noon at the Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home in Nashville. He is survived by a daughter, Linda S. and her husband Mike Carpenter of Franklin. Granddaughters, Kimberly Hubbell, Emily and her husband Jim Newton, and Melissa Carpenter. Four great grandsons. Two sisters, Vallie Larson of Irving, Texas and Rita Martinelli of Manchester. A brother, James Spencer of Springfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the charity of your choice.
