Jammey Dewayne Sullivan

35 year old Jammey Dewayne Sullivan of Smithville died Tuesday at DeKalb Community Hospital. He was a Baptist. The funeral will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at DeKalb Funeral Chapel. Steve Puckett will officiate and burial will be in DeKalb Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the service at 1:00 p.m. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John Sullivan and Bill Collins. Survivors include his wife, Charity Sullivan of Smithville. Children, Meghan, Kayla, and Hunter Sullivan of North Carolina, and Chase Sullivan of Smithville. His mother, Kathy Sullivan of Smithville. His father, Edward Thomas Sullivan of North Carolina. A brother, Jason Shawn Sullivan of Smithville. His grandmothers, Helen Sullivan and Shelby Short both of North Carolina. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
