Alexandria Mayor Bennett Armstrong presented city employee Mark Fish with a special certificate of appreciation Tuesday, February 14, at the Alexandria Senior Center. Mayor Armstrong made the presentation to acknowledge Mark’s dedication to service for the citizens of Alexandria. The Mayor further noted that Mark regularly goes out of his way to help wherever he can.
